The plan for our 3rd day in Tokyo was a trip to the famous Shibuya!
Woke up excited cos I have heard so much about it ~~
BTW, yes, we took a train EVERYWHERE or walked during the trip. Cabs are really expensive... and I wanted to walk cos we kept on eating SO much. Walking is a good form of exercise ~~~
Anyway the train system in Tokyo is very advanced, efficient, and easy to understand! By the 2nd or 3rd day we already 'got it' :)
Some shots from the view on the train ~~
This is one of my fav shots on the trip! BTW, all the pics are taken by my bf other than my selfshots, of course. He was holding the camera and kept happy-snapping. I must say he managed to take many nice pictures! So prouda him!! Much better than when we first met. *Thumbs up*
Everyday in Japan, my hair just flowed extremely nicely, naturally. It's ridiculous. No humidity, no pespiration, perfect hair, perfect makeup 24/7....
Everyone is polite, organised and helpful! Check out the queues for the train!
Bf's comment on this pic : "WHY?? Take train very xinku ah???"
Cute kids on the train. Their school uniform is SO cute right?!?! Sailor moon!
One of my fav shots on this trip as well.
Shibuya and us ^.^
I love the Genki Sushi at OC so I wanted to try the Genki Sushi there!
EVERYTHING, IS, SO, FRESH!
This is my fav at Genki Sushi. Black pepper half-cooked salmon sushi....
(We ate SO much sushi and salmon expecially that we are still NOT craving for it yet.. and usually we feel like eating Jap almost every 5 days/week?)
Water eel! Similar to unagi, but BETTER.
Honestly there weren't many things that caught my eye. Only bought a pair of shoes from Emoda!
This cafe was really cute too :
Made a trip to APC for my dear boyfriend!
And my reward for walking all that distance was pancakes at this cute lil cafe!
French toast pancakes, so good so good!!!
CY preferred to eat Jap for ALL his meals, so we headed to a little ramen shop after!
One of his 'artistic' shots...... Ahem...
Pretty good ramen, but not as good as the one we found on the first day, or Ichiran/Ippudo!
Headed to an arcade after and it was so interesting! Catching fish instead of soft toys!?!
And neoprint time!!!!!
So usually my bf poses the same standard 'uncle' face in every picture, right....
NOT THIS TIME!!!!!!
HIS POSES DAMN ULTIMATE RIGHT?!?!
And the machine added eyeliner + big eye contacts for him also.
SO FUNNY. We laughed for damn long HAHA.
And then dinner time at a little stall selling donburi and soba/udon!
No spoons in Japan, so this is how I drink my soup! Oiiishi!
Us enjoying our hot soup and noodles in the 16 degree weather!
Looking at these pictures not only miss Tokyo, but feel extra thankful for being able to share this adventurous trip and all the memories with my bestfriend and lover... so blessed, I'll never let it go ~
Be back soon with new posts and the rest of Tokyo!
